GETTING STARTED

• Apply a dime sized amount to clean, dry skin
• Rub hands together
• Wave hands side to side
• You're ready to lift

 Note: Shake well before using! Use about a DIME size dab.  This should allow for ample coverage of your hands. Fan out hands before use so the chalk dries to a chalky white.
