The Steelflex NFID flat incline decline bench is specifically designed with a shortened base frame to fit perfectly in most smith machines, power racks and multi-press racks. This allows for proper form and positioning while performing incline press and shoulder press exercises.
Improved design features quick, easy, solid and secure 6-position ladder-style back pad adjustment along with a multi-position seat pad adjustment. This adjustability allows for users of all sizes to do bent knee sit-ups and ab crunches with proper lower back support and hip flexor alignment.
- Heavy-Gauge oval tube construction.
- 2″ Re-bonded scrap foam + high density foam with CGPC PVC cold latex leather and durable double stitched upholstery. (ergonomic design).
